The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is pleased to welcome guests of members to the Club and we hope to make your experience with us exceptional. If you are joining a member for a game of golf, please review the information below to ensure you know all of our Guest Policies. We hope you enjoy your time with us.

Upon Arrival


All members and guests are required to check-in with the Golf Shop upon arrival. After parking, make your way to the top of the parking lot, drop off your clubs, and enter the Golf Shop to check-in. Once your entire group has arrived, they will then direct you to your first tee.
 

Green Fees & Cart Rentals



All guests who are playing golf are required to pay the following Green Fees. Cart rentals are available upon request.

Dress Code



All members and guests are required to adhere to the following dress code standards while at the Club. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the property. This dress code applies to all players, caddies and guests.
 

Acceptable Golf Attire

  • Tailored pants/shorts/skorts/skirts that are in good repair and an appropriate length. An appropriate length is defined as no shorter than mid-thigh. Sweatpants, track suits, yoga wear, workout wear, non-golf athletic style shorts, spandex shorts, etc. are prohibited. Leggings are prohibited unless accompanied by a skirt or skort. Cargo slacks or shorts with large, external side pockets are also prohibited.
  • For Men, golf shirts with sleeves and collars are required. Mock collar, blade collar, or turtleneck are acceptable. Men’s shirts must be tucked in at all times unless designed to be worn untucked as defined by hemmed, evenly cut around the bottom, and of a reasonable conservative length just below the belt.
  • For Ladies, shirts must have a collar, sleeves, or both. Tank top styles and shirts that expose the mid-section are not permitted.
  • Golf footwear with soft spikes or laced athletic running shoes are acceptable on the golf course or practice facility. All other styles of footwear, including non-golf sandals and beach-style flip-flops, would be considered unacceptable on the golf course or practice facilities.
  • Attire shall be tasteful without any offensive language, large illustrations, or logos.
  • Where hats are permitted, they must be worn facing forward at all times, including on the outdoor patio.
  • During the 10 days of the Calgary Stampede, the dress code will be relaxed to permit the wearing of western wear in the Clubhouse.


Clubhouse Apparel Etiquette

  • Denim jeans in good condition (no fraying, holes, or tears) are permitted in the Clubhouse only.
  • Men are permitted to wear business-casual t-shirts paired with a blazer or sport coat in the Clubhouse only. T-shirts must be tasteful and not display offensive language, large illustrations, or logos.
  • Hats and visors are not permitted in any indoor dining areas, regardless of gender, except for
    medical reasons. They may be worn in the Golf Shop and Bistro 45.
