The Glencoe Golf & Country Club offers a variety of spaces equipped with full-service, onsite catering and AV equipment. With stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and our picture-perfect grounds, you are guaranteed to impress your guests.

Event Spaces


Mountain View Room

The Mountain View Room is our largest event space at just over 3,000 square feet. Dawning high ceilings, vast windows, and a neutral palate, this space is the perfect setting for your next event. The Mountain View Room offers built-in AV equipment, full-service bar, and a 2,000 square foot outdoor patio with gorgeous southwest exposure. The combined indoor and outdoor space allows for numerous event setups. Whether you are planning an anniversary dinner, celebration of life, or a team BBQ, the Mountain View Room is ideal.

The Mountain View Room can accommodate up to 150 people seated, or up to 220 for a standing reception.

 

Spruce View Room

The Spruce View Room is our smaller event space at just under 1,000 square feet. This space is directly adjacent to the Mountain View Room and can be utilized as flexible add-on space for a silent auction, art display, breakout space, lunchroom, etc. The Spruce View Room can be utilized separately for more intimate events such as birthday celebrations with your family or baby showers.

The Spruce View Room can accommodate up to 40 people seated, or up to 75 for a standing reception.

 

Chinook Boardroom

The Chinook Boardroom is located on the mezzanine level of our Clubhouse and is an ideal setting for smaller meetings or intimate gatherings. With built-in AV equipment, plenty of natural light, and mountain views, this is a wonderful space if you wish to escape the office or host a private dinner for your close family. The Chinook Boardroom also offers its own private rooftop patio with incredible southwest views overlooking our Practice Facility and Meadows course.

The Chinook Boardroom can accommodate up to 16 people seated, or up to 40 for a standing reception when also utilizing the attached patio.


OUTDOOR TENT RENTAL: 20 x 40 foot tent available for an additional charge for outdoor event setups.

Our Banquet Package has all the information needed to assist you in planning your wedding. We’ve included our Room Rental Policy, menus, and even vendor recommendations.

COVID Protocols
While we are in Stage 3 of Alberta’s Open for Summer plan with almost all restrictions lifted, the safety of our members and employees remains our top priority. The Glencoe Golf & Country Club will continue to follow all guidelines set by AHS and sport governing bodies if they arise. We encourage all members and staff to continue practicing good hand hygiene and physical distancing whenever possible, and please do not visit the Club if you are feeling unwell.
